Consultants giving wrong info to get contracts

Elite Mobile offered me a cell phone contract with Vodacom which I accepted. They informed me that i will get data with this contract as well as airtime to the value of R 110.00 which I will pay only R 110.00 for both.<br> <br> Firstly his phone call I mentioned to them that I told the consultant that i will need a dual sim phone as y dont want to let go of my old number. They said that the phone (Samsung Galaxy J1) is a dual sim and i will recieve it as such. Contrary to what they said the phone I received was a single sim phone. I gave Elite Mobile a call about this and I was advised that the SD memory card slot acts as the second sim which is impossible.<br> <br> Secondly the data that was promised i never received. I logged a query on 16/11/15. They never came back to me about it and i had to follow up with them daily for feedback. I was advised that they are going to listen to the call and will advise. Today 23/11/15 I followed up again and it was explained to me that the data was offered as an option. I dont agree with this as the consultant that phoned me initialy offers the data with the airtime. Now that I want a transcript of this phone call its going to take another 72hours. also<br> <br>
