Consultant with a bad attitude

Yesterday a consultant from Elite Mobile called me and I told him that I'm busy at the moment, then the arrogant consultant told me that every time I don't have time or I'm busy. But yet this the 1st tym the consultant is calling me. Consultant like this brings a bad reputation to there company.
