Conned and **** to by Alaistair of Elite Mobile

Please do not use this supplier EVER!!!! They are third party supplier to VODACOM and are the most dishonest call centre agents I have ever dealt with!!! I was called to do an upgrade and told that the device I wanted will be delivered to me within 7 days. On numerous times during the call I asked them to confirm that the device was in stock, the agent confirmed on numerous times. When I called VODACOM directly they said the device had not been in stock for a while and would take 2-3 weeks for the stock to come in. Now i have requested a cancellation of the order and will go to MTN instead. These agent are dishonest and mislead you. When you try to call to speak to the person who sold you the deal, they say there is no one by this name working there. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not do business with this company. You will be conned and disappointed.!
