Complaint - Exploitation of Elite Mobile

<p>My father is a 74 year old state pensioner. Elite Mobile keeps on phoning him and offering him contracts. At one stage he had 7 contract he had to pay for. We have managed to reduce this but yet again Elite Mobile phone and issued a contract. After numerous attempts to contact Elite Mobile I am now at wits end. Again my father was contacted, he decline the offer. But again an amount of R150 was taken of his account with reference number ELITEMOBILEM- ********** -01. I request that his account be close immediately and the money ****** from my father be refunded back into his account. I have proxy on his accounts and therefore it will be appreciated if you could deal with me. </p> <p> </p>
