Cheeky and rude call centre lady

I had a very cheeky call centre lady phone me at 5 this afternoon and as I was driving I asked her to please keep it brief or phone me back some other time. She then asked if I could not use my hands kit to which I truthfully rep**** that I do not have one (why I should explain myself I do not know). I then said that I was a pay-as-you-go user (I KNOW THAT she says) and then said that I am not interested in a contract to which she replies: Who said I want to offer you a contract? I asked her to please get to it or we have to cut the call short to which she then rep**** that she wanted to offer me a tablet and R99 monthly - which I can only assume - CONTRACT. I started by saying that I did not want to waste her time after which the person phoning MY CELLPHONE put down the phone in my ear. I am not sure which part of call centre training allows for this, but I was furious. It certainly motivates me to tell everyone I know to avoid Vodacom and Elite Mobile at all costs.
