CHARGED FOR NOTHING
I received a call about a contract phone (J1 Ace samsung), after 3 hours got an sms that my contract was declined, and 7 days later elite mobile deducts my money and over-charged. Supposedly if I got the contract I would have paid R99, they deducted R249 for services which I never even talked about, when I called they could not give me the record, before they said calls are recorded, called their call center calls all of a sudden a not being recorded. They could not cancel the contract as I have never got the product
