CHARGED BUT NO DELIVERY

I received an unsolicited phone call from Elite Mobile on the 4th December 2014. The call centre agent did not identify herself or the company she worked for but presented a product for R89 per month that sounded to good to be true. A Vodafone 7\ Tablet for R89 per month for 12 months! <br> I ordered the Tablet which I was going to receive between the 18th and the 25th of December 2014. I was only going to be billed at the end of January 2015
