Changing of Debet orders dates without informing m

Two debet order from this company are deducted from my Bank account on a monthly basis, the date is normally the 27th of the month, however this month it was deducted on the 18th, without NO prior notification. I only get paid towards the end of the month, including December. There was not sufficient funds in my account and both was returned by my bank (R38 and R25 respectively), the bank charged a fee of R125 per debet order, I cannot blame the bank, but Elite Mobile actions were completely unacceptable, I argued with there call centre this morning, the answer was that it was done because of the holiday period, They assured me that Management would phone me back before closing of business today and to no surprise nothing has happened
