cellphone contract canceled not collected

I purchased a cellphone in October 2014 telephonically when an agent contacted me with an offer. I took delivery of the cellphone 2 weeks later via courier service. I opened the wrapping and the cellphone was not the one i expected. I immediately called Elite back to complain and cancel the contract. The agent assured me it was canceled as i was still in the cool off period. I went to my bank to cancel debit order but they could not stop it as no debit was taken as yet for the cellphone. No one came to collect the cellphone as promised by the agent. Im January 2015 a payment was deducted for the amount of the cellphone contract. I went back to my bank to atop the debit order but i still lost the money that was deducted for a cellphone contract i canceled. I still have the cellphone that is sealed and want my money back.
