Cancelled service but deducting money
Ordered a phone and it was delivered to wrong address so i cancelled it because if you keep for on the phone and request me to give my details to you over and over and over and you still deliver wrong, i do not want to do business with you. I cancelled it and released that after i clearly stated i want no other stuff added on, that debit orders are going through my account.
i called them back on the number provide- unable to get hold of them to stop debit order for services i AM NOT USING.....
