Cancel my contract

Elite mobile called me, it was 2014 when they introduced me their airtime contract. It was at the value of about R40-R50 every month .I was told that it is a 24 months contract and they will cancel it then.2017 I realized that the airtime is being loaded to my phone and no agent is calling me to cancel it or upgrade.January 2017 I contacted them asking to cancel,since the contract has over due and my SIM card was manually cut. This has been affecting me whenever I buy a new phone and need of a micro SIM or neno. At the moment I can not do swim swap with Vodacom as my SIM is under contract. Whenever I call, the agent inform that I have to cancel my account with RCS ,the RCS refers me to VODACOM, Vodacom refers me to ELite mobile same circle every time.Am afraid I might lose my number because my SIM way manually cut. This people are ****** in the name of VODACOM I don't why they have such sub contracts. The worst I don't even know if they have a branch.
