Can these individuals at Elite Mobile please respond!

Please note these names: Serina Sena Govender Ndumi Nkosingiphile Mthiyane My hellish nightmare with Elite Mobile is too long and protracted to recount here. Suffice it to say that a year of complaints and communication have accomplished NOTHING as far as the demand to cancel a debit order is concerned. I was told by a telemarketer that I was speaking to Vodacom and ******* into a ridiculous deal that had nothing to with a phone - some or other "add-on" product. I have communicated with the individuals mentioned above at Elite Mobile, with absolutely no results as far as stopping this debit order is concerned. Their promises have come to nothing. I hold the above individuals responsible as they promised to attend to this situation and have failed dismally in doing so. I suggest other victims of this company start posting the names of the individuals they are dealing with at Elite Mobile here, as it is clear that we are dealing with a large, faceless, ********** organisation that do not care to even respond to the flood of hysterical complaints on this board. I also blame Vodacom for not publicly breaking all ties with this company. Just the reviews over here is more than enough to justify such an action from their part.
