Call Centre bad atttitude
Today was the final straw for me if I receive a call again from one of your agents I am going to cut the call .I have received call from your agents trying to sell airtime/ phones whatever and they start off so pleasant, I very politely advise them I ha e a contract and I am not interested , no goodbye, they just drop the call , really unprofessional I think this could be the 10th call I have had and thought I would bring it to your attention , as after that sort of attitude I wouldn’t touch your company with a 10 foot pole .
