Bunch of *******

<p>I pruchased a tablet on contract from this company a few months. The first montht hey deducted my payment 9 days AFTER the set debit order date that we agreed on. I was then charged by my bank for the deduction not going through which ended up costing me MORE than my initial debit order. The second month i was deducted R250 instead of the R149 that is meant to be deducted from my account every month. As far as im concerned this company is just out to ***** your money. I complained on their Facebook page after this deduction and they didnt get back to me. Complained to them again and they only tried to phone me ONCE after that. I missed the call and they never bothered to phone me back. I cant believe these people can blatantly do thsi and then keep phoning me with offers. I will never buy from them again and would never ever ever ever recommend them to anyone i know. A R100 here and there might not be noticed by some people but i stick to a strict budget and this has thrown me off completely and obviously is affected my credit record. I want this sorted out immediately and i want the R100 deducted off my next payment. If not, i will take this further. I do not have a run-on contract where they can take money if i go over my data. Really disgusted with this company and their customer service.</p>
