<p>I have not seen a company that has the audacity to post compliments of their own company on a site where opinions/reviews matter with more than 400 complaints it means about 1 out 5 people are actually satisfied. They posted a good review from their own account to their account. It defeats the entire idea of an average.</p> <p> </p> <p>So as *****ed as they are I would just love to no longer be on their friendly persistent harassment list, if I want your product I will seek you out. If the company is as bad as this I prefer to never have any contact with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Best of luck to all the call center staff, but seek other employment.</p>
