blocking phone numbers

I took a contract with elite mobile for the amount of R39.00 a month to receive airtime and bms activation, whereas payments was done and no benefits was sent for the 1st two months. Payments went off every month until we called to ask to rectify this matter. As from December 2014 payment did not go off the bank account as usual. Were us we did not even notice it, because we never received the benefits anyway. A few days ago Elite Moblie block the number to be used in any matter with no warning, or phone call. I phoned them to unblock the phone and then pay the 3 months of payment which they haven't received - total of R 117.00. their claim is R 1400.00 to pay before the unblock the phone. No one has the right to block the number if they are not a service provider. Elite Mobile is a ****, and they are *****ing from their so called clients.
