blocked simcard with out notification

I have a cellphone contract with elite mobile, contract were completed telephonic-ally, after I lost my job I did not have any salary getting in my bank over the month end they blocked my simcard without notification, <br> <br> I follow up on vodacom and they gave me all information because its vodacom cell no, its not vodacom sim its Elite Mobile they said I must pay R117.00 and fax the proof of pay payment which I did on the 7th of February and they said I must buy contract sim swipe at vodacom shop I did and they activate my sim with vodacom consultant and they confirm sim will be activated in 3 days, my sim was still blocked when I call them thay said I did pay and I faxed slip on 0866 no when I call they confirm after 15days but still my sim is still blocked when I call them yesterday they said I must pay and I ask for how many times and the guy dropped the phone<br> <br> In the blocked sim I apply so many jobs but now Elite mobile is playing hide and sick they don't give me a straight, and vodacom want a letter from them so that they can help me but elite mobile refuse can you please help me
