DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE. They contacted me and advised me that I can upgrade my contract plan for free(Call was recorded) at no additional charge. Boom the 1st of Feb I was upgraded and they billed me extra. Logged an investigation and they came back and said I was informed correctly. Blatant ***** and now they say they cant give me the recording or I need to go to a vodacom centre to listen to it. Whts the point they tell you the call is being recorded. Vodacom You lost my trust honestly

When I raised it the first time your investigators sighted only the portion that said I agree to the upgrade and that was not my query. Have Ethics and be professional. If you wrong admit it and rectify it. That is what makes you a successful company.
