Billing without my consent

We were contacted by elite mobile posing as vodacom regarding a tablet. Since we have not received the tablet yet and don't want it anymore because the service is terrible. A few days later a lady from elite mobile phoned again. This time regarding airtime, music and data. I specifically told her I'm not interested and don't want anything. She was arrogant and did not want to take no for an answer, I got upset and told her: I already said I'm not interested what don't you understand. Looking through my bank statements just now, I picked up debit deductions on my account for the 1st of June.. A total of 8 deductions on one day from elite mobile. I did not subscribe to anything. I will be taking this matter further and want a full refund immediately...
