Billed for services that was not agreed on

I received a call from elite mobile offering tablet at monthly fee which I agreed on. Then my account was debit for 3 other services from elite mobile which I did not agree on. I called them to cancel and do a refund including bank charges. I also logged a call with them online to do the refund 5th January 2016. I also called them to request a copy of the voice recording which I still have not yet received.<br> I would like my issue to be escalated and sorted asap.
