Beware of phone call sales - overcharged, no promised free apps, no credit as promised!! And now ALL my Vodacom phones/data suspended!!

<p>In May 2016, Elite Mobile telephonically offered me a great special, which I accepted. This special at R139 /month, was meant to include 3 free apps. One week after the tablet was delivered, they sent an email to apologise for having given the incorrect price and the price " is actuall R169/month". In addition three companies tried to debit my account with R50 each for each app. After fighting with them for months, they apologised and offered compensation in October, which was less than the difference I would be paying. I declined. They then offered compensation equal to the difference. I accepted and signed the compensation order. This was over a month ago. I have not yet received the credit on my account. They also did not tell me that this account with them would be linked to my other Vodacom accounts, and now Vodacom have suspened all my accounts. Vodacom insist they cannot help (which I find strange, as they did last month when my accounts were suspened for the very same reason) and at the moment there is apparently not one manager or supervisor at all at Elite Mobile at the moment to assist. So, two days before Xmas! And today my over 80 year old parents are driving up from Durban - and I am unable to keep in contact with them to ensure that they are safe!! </p>
