BEWARE OF ELITE MOBILE (VODACOM) TELEMARKETERS!

Do not trust these telemarketers that call from Elite Mobile (Vodacom). I was offered a once in a lifetime special deal of R269/month laptop deal with wi - fi. I specifically asked him, think his name is Robert, what the specifications are for the laptop. He said that it has 1 terabyte of storage, where it actually only has 64 megabytes. Secondly I asked him 3 times if it has an optical CD/DVD player, he rep**** yes every time. It does not have a CD/DVD player. So I contacted them to cancel everything and come and collect the device and all accessories. They also force you to accept the value added services for R 159/month and then tell you that you can cancel at any time. This laptop is not what they promised and well below my required specifications.
