Beware of Elite Mobile claiming to be Vodacom

Elite Mobile phoned me claiming to be Vodacom. They wanted to upgrade two packages on my account, but I told them I first wanted to see an email with details, which they never sent. They claimed that the packages were being discontinued. They then upgraded the two packages linked to my account WITHOUT my permission. They even included insurance on the packages. They then also deleted the two sim card numbers, used in the Apple watches, linked to these two numbers. I had to spend hours on the phone with Vodacom trying to sort out the mess they made. JUST UNBELIEVABLE. Their *****ulence caused me a lot of hassle to sort out.
