Being ****med by elite mobile Via Vodacom

I concur with all the reviews about this **** of a company called elite mobile nothing is elite about them. They're just ******** legit unsuspecting Vodacom customers and it's clear That Vodacom is aware. One of their consultants called me posing as Vodacom agent calling to migrate my existing contract I had with Vodacom and will even reduce my premium and increase the data and minutes I've been getting. I agreed as that made financial sense. To my shocking surprise the consultant **** she has increased my premium by more than R150, while she said the new offer was gonna reduce it to R208 from R248, now iam being billed R398, I have Called them more than 8 times so far I've been waiting for the reversal of this ill adviced offer, last time I spoke to Ryan who promised me this will be resolved. Iam still awaiting their refund and correction. And they keep debiting my account with that ********** amount 😒. Ryan gave me this ref number ***. Elite mobile is indeed a ****!
