Being billed for things i didnt agree to

I upgraded my Vodacom contract in December and was billed for extra things like Techtrace, hotspotter and rescuebox without my concent and i was never refunded and was billed twice at the end of January and when i phoned them to find out why this happened i was told that their system is offline and that i should leave my Id number and they'll get back to me. That was two weeks ago and they still haven't got back to me. Really bad service and just plain theft
