Be very careful with calls from Elite Mobile

I have had a very similar situation to the complaint below. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the lady's name, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same person. The lady I spoke to also misled me by lying that I was going to save costs, and then got irritated when I questioned her about how I was going to save costs. She kept pushing me to accept, which you could hear clearly on the call that I was very hesitant to do. Then when she said there will be an email with the quote, I agreed to wait for that. That quote was only sent to me a few days later, after my package was automatically upgraded to a higher package, almost double the cost!

I actually thought this was a ****, until I received the email with the migration quote.

Elite Mobile is giving Vodacom a bad name! Be very careful of them!
