Be careful - Elite Mobile is dishonest!

Careful people! I received a phone call for an upgrade from a very nice lady at Elite Mobile who promised me all sorts of things. I have no ended up with the following: 1. They **** about the cost of the contract I chose to upgrade to. They told me it is R439 and Vodacom says the same contract they sold me is actually R519. 2. They "sold" me value added services of R149, but never told me how to access it, even after two phone calls and an email. When I gave up and told a consultant that they must just cancel the services (which I could never access), she told me unfortunately they need notice of 20 working days! So I will be paying R149 for something I never used. This is blatant dishonesty. I will make very sure neither I nor anyone I know deal with Elite Mobile again.
