Bad service to pensioner

I am appalled by the bad service Elite Mobile and Vodacom have been giving my 65 year old dad. For the last few months after his upgrade, he is still facing the same issue of not being able to take calls as he cannot hear the person on a call. I have tested this myself and see that it is the actual case. Twice this company has collected and returned this phone saying that it was working and now this has gone to far. I would like for Elite Mobile to contact him and sort out this issue as we do not want this phone any longer.
