Bad service from Elite mobile

They phoned me regarding a contract/deal for a Y5 cellphone. The lady said the package is a Huawei y5, 20gigs of data and a R125 airtime per month over 24 monthz. I agreed to the deal as it was perfect for md and suited my needs. But when they emailed me they sent a different contract with 5gigs of video data which I didnt agree to. I complained immediately and said they must change it because I didnt order the 5gis video data. They promised to resolve the issue but instead they went on to courier the items to me. On arrival of the items I phoned to inquire if the sorted out the problem but to my supprise they didnt instead they made more blunder. They sent 10 gigs instead of 20 gigs, why. They ignored my complaint and rica the simcards. I wrote numerous emails to them but they dont care to answer. I told them I will not pay for this.
