Bad service-Elite Mobile

Elite Mobile called me 2 months ago offering me a data contract I accepted the offer and I have been waiting for my simcard for the past 2 months. The company keeps debiting my account for the past 2 months. I called to complain and they claimed that they cancelled the debit order. But this month they debited again.
