On the 5.11.2020 I received a call from elite mobile offering a Samsung Galaxy A11 for R349

Agreed and asked for the phone to be delivered at my home address. instead today I received Huawei Y5 lite. please come and collect your phone, and give me Samsung Galaxy A11 as agreed.

I have been calling the 086 number they have for queries to no avail, phone keeps ringing with no answer
