Bad service

I do not want to rate them because they are liers and promise a lot, but does the opposite. They say they record their phonecalls but if you ask a copy, they say you must just leave it and be happy with what you get. But I did not get anything. They did not half my account. There were not R900's data on my phone. They did not cancel and old contract, but renewed it.
