bad service by vodacom and elite mobile

i received a call from elite mobile on behalf of vodacom ,they sold me a 20gig package when the router was delivered and i called vodacom to connect i discovered that the package was 10 gig not 20 as it was said,i then told the vodacom consultant that i want to cancel this order, he said he will arrange for collection and i should call back 3days after devise is collected. the device was collected on the 22/11/2019 and to date i have been struggling to get vodacom or elite mobile to confirm this cancellation. i hold for about 20minutes when i get through my call is transfered , i have been told twice that i will receive a call back and that has never happened. i am so irritated by this services all i want is for this contract to be cancelled ive been with vodacom for many years i dont know why am i still loyal to them as they are not taking care of their customers.
