bad service at all time

I personally dislike the fact that Elite Mobile consultant call me and offered me a Router device,(ZTE R219Z LTE MIFI ROUTER (CAT 4) + VIDEO TICKET - 24 MONTHS - 5GB + 5GB DATA X 24 - (H) @ R199PM ). the following items was added, NO MODEM + VIDEO TICKET - 24 MONTHS - 5GB + WE GROW SA VOUCHER (VIRTUAL) @ R189 Reduced Sub PM on 10GB Data Price plan Top up (DV20N241) and Connect & Protect Premium with Life EM @ R199 Hotspotter 5GB, TechDetect, SafeBase, Screen Protect, Viva Life Cover R5000 for the amount of R587.00 but i was told that I will only Pay R199 per mount. Elite Mobile is a no GO!!!!! cancel this order and don't think to deliver it. I have send a lot of E-mails no one attempt to call me.
