Bad service and empty promises

<p>Was sold an upgrade . Was promissed that their fee will go of end of January but has gone of all ready. When asked them why phone not workin i was rudly told to contact Vodacom My self as they only do the promotion and not the service. If they told me that when i took the contract i would rather have delt with Vodacom strait now it is going around in circles and no cell phone</p>
