Bad customer service

Elite Mobile is a ****. They debited from my account for products that I didn't receive. Strange enough that they told me to expect the delivery in 5 working days and yet two weeks have passed and I have not received the package and also that they called me two days after the contract was approved that unfortunately they won't be able to debit from my account (bidvest) I tried calling them several times but only go their voice recording prompts with options to follow wich is not responsive..
