Bad, bad service

Thursday 2nd March 2017 I'm contacted by Elite Mobile regarding an upgrade which sounded good with a reduction in my overall cost. Friday 3rd March I find I am signed up for "Value Added Services" which I was unaware I had agreed to. Managed to cancel those. The following week I received two more calls about the services, the first one I requested more information via SMS which I did not receive, but I was signed up for them without me agreeing to them. I have apparently managed to cancel them all. Second point is that their "system" has been down all week so the promised 5 working day delivery has turned into 6 days, with no end in sight and also no answers as the upgrade department is unable to do anything with the system down. Furthermore, in spite of several requests, nobody has had the decency the contact me. A TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY THAT COMES TO A STANDSTILL BECAUSE OF A SYSTEM THAT HAS FAILED? Unacceptable! Question, what will Elite Mobile do to pacify an extremely unhappy customer? Besides the usual platitude regarding "escalating" the complaint

Good Day
Thank you for your query. An escalation agent will be in contact with you shortly.

I was contacted by one Mervi(y)n on Friday to let me know their systems were still down and they couldn't action the order, and if I wanted to I could get a voucher to go to a Vodacom shop to get the package. My time, my petrol and parking fee - no thanks. It is now Wednesday (nearly two weeks after initial contact) and I've heard nothing since. It looks like they only respond to customer complaints via HelloPeter. Very sad state of. Again I ask the question, how can a telecommunications company come to a standstill because of a system malfunction - they must be losing a stack of money from unfulfilled orders.
