AWAITING CONFIRMATION OF CANCELATION

After my fist and second complaint I receive a call from Kubeshni at Elite mobile promising that I will receive feedback shortly regarding My cancellation I contacted Her again on the 15th after leaving several messages upon which I was told the will email me immediately with the confirmation of the cancellation. Again I contacted and left messages today on the 18th and still no response or email. I am losing business and most probably my job due to the fact that I cannot be reached by our client base. I will take this matter to court this is the worst service I have ever experienced form any service provider. My current contact number ***. I need my number back A.s.a.p!!!!
