Avoid Elite Mobile (Vodacom partner)

I have been contacted by Elite Mobile, an authorised Vodacom partner, on several occasions to upgrade my cellphone contract, which incidentally, is not due for an upgrade yet, as confirmed by Vodacom. I found their salespeople highly unprofessional and, in some instances, plain rude. Firstly, the information they have regarding my mobile contract is either incorrect or outdated. Secondly, they are dismissive when you try and correct them. And, thirdly, they become quite pushy trying to make a sale at all costs. They fail to properly explain and/or disclose the terms and conditions of their offers to trick you into a contract. One of the salespeople (Sasha / Sasha-Lee) even put the phone down on me when I attempted to correct her about my contract details. While I understand the challenges faced by businesses in South Africa, Elite Mobile's behaviour is simply intolerable and requires Vodacom's intervention.
