***** and Lies

These people are *****s, they phone for migrations promise contract amounts to be less than the current one, only to receive quotes 2 days later (which was suppose to be sent on the very same day) with amounts R1500+ more than original contract. When you phone them about it, you are informed that an investigation will take 7 to 14 days and that you can not say they are *****s, they must first investigate. Now one is left to pay the R1500+ more otherwise they cut your line at Vodacom. No Line supervisor available. A total joke and a big ***** company if I look at the previous experiences.
