An authorized debit

I was called by one of their agent selling me a Samsung Y5 I accepted but now I was told that they don't work with tyme bank after finishing the process and after taking my details so now every month for the past two months they are debiting 159 from my account but I didn't receive the phone please assist me with this matter.
