Almost satisfied

I would like to commend the consultants, Salome and Madelyn whom resolved my R358 refund fast and effectively. I received payment on 17 March, on day 8 of the 5 - 10 working days commitment. Therefor the 3 star rating. This rating however could be jeopardized based on 2 issues. That is whether a third R179 debit order will be refunded and whether Elite Mobile deducts yet another amount at this month end. I shall post another review on this matter, based on proceedings. This review will be posted on Vodacom's review page as the latter is the silent partner in this ordeal. As of now, i am satisfied with the outcome so far..
