Agreement for upgrade not implemented

<p>I was phoned by Elite Mobile on 13 June 2016 offering me to upgrade my Vodacom contract. They sent me written confirmation by email that my payment will be R79,00 as from July 2016. On 1 July my payment was R308,00 and my next bill is R277,00. I feel I was cheated and **** to. I live in a small town in the Free State where there is no Vodacom shop and I do not know how to contact Elite Mobile to sort this mess out.</p>
