agent hangs up phone on me
Very rudely your call center agent, Tyson drops the phone on me after I decline an offer for a Vodacom deal. He also used his personal number to harrass me while I was dealing with a sick mother. Tyson, life owes you NOTHING and neither do I. Go for customer service training!!!
