Agent dishonesty

Rakesh from call centre phoned with regards to Voda Smart tab. Was told tab with 1 gig data was R69 per month only, that is all what was needed to be paid per month. When order was received was R 255 with all add on's. This is not what was ordered. This agent was dishonest in what he told me and what was given on order EM***0. When I phoned to speak to Rakesh was told I could not. This also not acceptable because I wanted to tell him first off he did not deliver what he said. I am of the opinion that he tried to trick me. How many does he trick on a daily basis like this.
