<p>Ntokoza Richmond sold me a tablet package and some extra add on that I don't believe were explained fully to me because he spoke so quickly. After thinking about it for a few days I phoned to cancel - I am sure the CPA allows me a cooling off period - they still debited me and won't refund me because they say it was properly explained.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom has ************ 3rd party agents!!</p>
They have responded and management feel that whether I used the service or not they will not refund it.
