Again charged for extras

I was called to renew my laptop deal. I told them that I will not renew my contract. The agent then suggest to only keep the data. To which I agreed. He said that it will only only be the R150 for the 500<br> MB month for two years. But again I had to check my bank statement to make sure no extra deduction have been made and yet again elite mobile deducted R196 for that extra services I did not asked for. Again it is very difficult to call elite mobile in order to cancel that subscriptions because nobody knows what it is or how to cancel it. It is really frustrating.
