Add on's Not Authorised

Received a call from Elite Mobile staff 4-6-2015 at 12:22 about Smart Tablet 3G deal, proceeded to place order.<br> Received summary of order via email same day. They not only loaded the product fee of R129, but added extra's that I did not authorize or agreed upon. I asked only for insurance and the Smart Tablet. That should have been a summary amount of only R159,pm. Since I have not taken ownership of the product and my cancellation has been mailed to the [Email Removed] within 24 hours (05/06/2014 at 8:41 am I request a letter from Elite Mobile that they have cancelled this deal. Please insure that I get that cancellation letter and that if you bill my account I will have the legal write to credit my account and debit yours.
