Add on charges that I did not agree to pay for!!!

An Elite Mobile agent made a call asking me to take up a top up contract in Dec 2014 he also asked me to include a whole lot of diff things on. I refused an inclusion of an add-on I agreed to the contract of R80 a month and kept asking if that would be all. An sms was sent on the same day 3rd Dec 2014 confirming my delivery of my tablet. On the 8th Jan 2015 a different consultant called me saying it was a follow up. he said nothing abt additional charges he said something abt some extra features and I could barely hear him. I assumed it was just a follow up phone call. That day I received a few smses saying welcome to hot spotter and SOS squad etc etc. I had no idea I would be paying for all this add-ons and I don't even want it nor can I afford it. I wish for my money to be returned to me as I DID not agree to this when the elite mobile member called me. I agreed to R80 that was it. I really cannot afford all this extra charges as I am now in overdraft. The consultant did not say that R39 extra was going to be deducted for this and R49 for that and R59 for something else. He was not clear and I told him I could not hear as well. Kindly reverse these extra charges
