Absolutely ********** Service – The Reason I Am Leaving Vodacom Forever

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This so-called “third-party service provider” linked to Vodacom has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of incompetence, dishonesty, and complete disregard for customers is beyond shocking. From day one, I was **** to, misled, and treated like my time and money mean nothing. Promises were made and broken without any accountability. Trying to get help is like shouting into the wind – no solutions, just excuses. It’s not just bad service; it’s a total **** disguised as a service provider. They have become the main reason I am canceling every single one of my Vodacom contracts. If Vodacom chooses to partner with companies like this, then Vodacom clearly doesn’t care about its customers either. This whole experience has been nothing but stress, wasted money, and wasted time. After this disaster, I will NEVER return to Vodacom again. And I will make sure everyone I know stays far away too. Warning to anyone reading this: run in the opposite direction. Dealing with them will cost you your patience, your money, and sanity.👎🏻
